Welcome to the Miranda and Districts Chamber of Commerce

The Miranda & Districts Chamber of Commerce commenced in 2007 and is highly motivated and seriously committed to producing useful results for business enterprises in your District

Membership of the Chamber provides the opportunity to join forces with new business partners, to build relationships with other local businesses and to provide a strong community representation. To date we have invited speakers to address us:

  • Local political leaders & councillors
  • Business Association representatives
  • Local Police command
  • Council Planners

Last Meeting

Kent Johns was very informative with respect to the Caringbah DCP and urged the chamber to make representations to council. He also brought the Chamber up to date with the impending Local Council elections, particularly with respect to the position of the Liberal Party which is not going to run endorsed candidates.

We also had presentations from the Shire Training Group, Sutherland BEN and ABL Apprenticeship Centre:
